I guess I am officially "Emmy Award Winning Writer/Producer Natalie Younger"?!
My work with The Banditry Co. and WTTW News Chicago has received a 2022-2023 Chicago/Midwest Emmy Award for "Outstanding achievement for Informational/Instructional - Short and Longform Content."
The award is for our ongoing series, "WTTW News Explains." for which I am a writer and producer, punching up scripts, providing direction on potential visuals, pitching future topics and, as a fun little Easter Egg, providing the occasional sound effect, lol.
